Cancellation window
You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
How to cancel
To cancel an order, email us at support@hareksoul.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will confirm whether the cancellation is possible based on dispatch status.
Refund on cancellation
If your cancellation request is accepted, a full refund will be initiated within 1 to 2 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method. Bank processing time may add 2 to 3 additional business days.
Why we have a strict window
Hareksoul drops are limited edition. When you place an order, that unit is reserved for you and removed from availability. A tight cancellation window ensures fairness to all buyers who missed out.
Cancellation by us
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of payment failure, suspected fraud, or stock discrepancies. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
