By accessing or using the Hareksoul Store, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the store.

Who we are

Hareksoul is an exclusive drop-based storefront selling limited edition products. All products are sold in limited quantities and are not restocked.

Account

You must sign in with a valid email or Google account to place orders. You are responsible for keeping your account secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Purchases

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. An order is confirmed only after successful payment verification via our payment webhook.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including product images, copy, and design, is owned by Hareksoul. You may not reproduce or use it without permission.

Limitation of liability

Hareksoul is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the store or products. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question.

Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the store after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
