No returns on limited edition drops
All products on Hareksoul are limited edition drops. Due to the exclusive and final nature of these releases, we do not accept returns unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or wrong item
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hareksoul.com with your order number and clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund at our discretion.
Condition of items
In the rare case a return is approved, items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact. Items that have been used or damaged by the customer will not be accepted.
Return shipping
If a return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label. Do not ship items back without prior approval. Unapproved returns will not be processed.
