What are drops?

Drops are limited edition product releases available for a short time or in very limited quantities. Once they sell out, they are gone. No restocks, ever.

How do I know when a drop goes live?

Sign in and tap "Notify me" on any upcoming drop. You'll get an email when it goes live. Follow us on Instagram and X for announcements.

Do I need an account to buy?

Yes. You need to sign in with Google or your email to place an order. This lets us attach your order to your account and send you updates.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept UPI, cards, and net banking via Razorpay. All transactions are encrypted and secure.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement. See our Cancellation Policy for details.

What if I receive a damaged item?

Email us at support@hareksoul.com within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We'll sort it out.

How long does delivery take?

4 to 7 business days within India after dispatch. See our Shipping Policy for more.
