Limited edition drops
All drops on Hareksoul are limited edition. Once a drop sells out, it is gone. No restocks, ever. Given the exclusive nature of these products, all sales are final.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged item or something different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@hareksoul.com with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
Order cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement, before they are dispatched. After dispatch, cancellations are not possible. See our Cancellation Policy for details.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days. The amount is returned to the original payment method. Bank processing time may add 2 to 3 additional business days.
